Thank you for shopping at RefurbedPhones NZ. We value our customers and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy on refunds below:
Refund Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide instructions on returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. However, we may consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rfbp.co.nz. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs for damaged or defective items.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exclusions
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are not in their original condition, are damaged due to misuse, or are returned without prior authorization.
